Coco and Sons company painted my story and half exterior house. They also took care of any deterioration of wood trim. Coco and Sons fixed problems with rotting wood, loose wood flooring on our deck. They cleaned and stained our deck. I saw Coco and Sons advertising in Angie's List book, which comes out often in the mail. I called several painters and Chris came out, talked about our home, (24 years old) problems and paint job. He gave the best qualified, honest, reasonable bid. He mailed his bid. In fact, I think he also called me. I signed the agreement and he was able to begin the painting earlier than expected. Coco and Sons are punctual, polite and took care of business. The family treats one another with respect. When they noticed any rotten wood problems with the trim etc...they notified us and remedied the problem. We heard they are also carpenters....lucky for us! They took care of our deck flooring issues, cleaned and stained the deck. The whole job was done in one week. They painted the outside of my house. They did a great job. They were very thorough & neat. Chris came on a weekend to make an inspection and quote. He and his crew (family!) came exactly on time as promised on Monday with the paint already bought. They put drops everywhere they walked, as well as where they painted. Looks great. They even came back a second day as it started to rain so they could not finish th door repair. Power wash of entire exterior of the brick house, wash and repair of fascia around the front porch, wash and painting of front shutters. Treated entire house to prevent mold and mildew and prepared brick surfaces with special paint to preserve the masonry and seal the house. Painted wood fascia as well, and also painted the roof of the front porch. This was our first experience having a house painted. After contacting several painting contractors we decided on Coco and Sons. Chris, the owner, responded quickly, delivered the bid personally, and made sure that all questions we had were answered. Masonry paint was recommended for the brick to protect our recently completed tuck pointing. The job was started and completed on time and not a penny over bid. I would recommend Coco and Sons to anyone in the future. Our neighbors have complemented the way our house looks since it was painted. I wish all contracting projects were this easy and pleasant. We hired Coco and Sons Painting to paint the exterior trim of our 3-story home and detached garage. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of work and results we received. Chris Coco was prompt in getting us a thorough cost estimate. Chris and his crew completed the entire job in the amount of time they had estimated. The final cost did not change from the original estimate even though they ended up repairing some wood and caulking some areas. They also applied an extra coat of paint in some areas where needed. None of these “extra” items were added to the cost. Chris and his crew were efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous.
